We are a group of volunteers who run Ballroom and Latin social dances twice a month at two venues in the South Lakes.
The dances are freestyle Ballroom and Latin, not sequence, including:
Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz.
Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Argentine Tango, Jive, Rock n Roll and Salsa.
Whilst we do not teach, the dances are ideal for anyone learning to dance and wishing to practice, as well as more experienced dancers.
We operate on a not for profit basis. Any money in excess of operating costs is given to charity.
So if you are living in the commutable area or on holiday and looking for somewhere to dance, why not join us?

NOTE:
Victoria Hall doors will be closed at 8 15 pm for building security. If you arrive after this time and the doors are locked please call 07849855554 to gain entry.
Our Friday Night Dances are proving to be popular and are being enjoyed by dancers from outside the area as well as locally. If you are on holiday and would like to join us for an evening of Ballroom and Latin dancing you would be most welcome.
DANCES
Currently all dances are taking place as stated. Please note not all dances are fortnightly.
Please refer to the lists above for dance dates and venues.
Work will be carried out on the M6 between Junctions 34 and 35 North and South from 15th September 2025 until the end of November 2025.
During this period one lane will be closed in both directions (24/7) to enable safety barrier repairs to be carried out, and a 50 mph speed limit will be in place. Please allow additional travel time during busy periods.
